All the products manufactured at our unit
involve the usage of En-41B-alloy steel of MUSCO that is duly tested
and certified in accordance to specifications for appropriate grades.
The materials are pre-treated by toughening, tempering and stress
relieving and post-treated with gas nitriding, a special treatment for
longer durability and less wear loss. We are an eminent manufacturer

Heat Treatment Facility
We have an in-house Vertical Gas Nitriding Furnace to accept the jobs up to 600mm. diameter and 3500mm. height. It is equipped with fully automatic microprocessor based control system having PID Precision. This ensures uniform hardening and surface treatment, which in turn delivers your replacement items high protection against wear and tear losses.
